As a child, growing up in Buffalo, Mom & Dad always took

me to visit my Grandparents' Restaurant in North Buffalo.

It was located on Hertel Ave.

The Restaurant was called "RALPH'S",

named after my Grandfather.

Ralph & Bertha owned and ran it for 24 years,

during the 1940's thru the 1960's.

Back in the 1960's, a memory that I remember the most

of the Restaurant, is when I fell off a spinning stool.

I never forgot that encounter, and I knew the Restaurant business

was meant for me.

After High School, I pursued an Education in Commercial Art.

The "Blizzard of '77" moved me to Orlando, FL in February of '78.

During the next 30 years, I spent that time opening

23 Restaurants & Lounges,

including 2 Hotels in the Orlando, FL area.

Now I'm back in my Home Town of "Buffalo, NY".

is homage to my Father, Marvin and Ralph & Bertha Marcus.
